Can I propagate spotted calla lily?

So I saw this calla lily growing in my back yard. I did some research and decided to make it an indoor houseplant. But I made a mistake, when pulling from the bottom of the stems trying to get it to come out with its roots, they completely broke off from the root ball. I put them into water, do you think I still have a shot?

No, they have to have the bulb to grow. Calla Lillie’s don’t have a roots, they have a bulb that you’ll have to dig out of the ground

@Nae Thank you. I was trying to dig it up but it was stuck behind a huge pot
