She is definitely getting too much water. Also, are there gnats or fruit flies? I learned that this plant likes to be watered from the bottom. That means the top looks dry. I have two of them I use a pot within a pot. It has as window at the bottom as long as I see water I know it is alright. I would repot for sure remove rotten roots. Put some not a lot of hydrogen peroxide in water to clean the the healthy roots. Then place something at the bottom I save and reuse styrofoam broken chunks then put in dry potting soil. I am no expert . Also, examine for bugs wash the pot disinfect if you plan to reuse it. Check other plants too. I treat mine when new with Neem. I suggest not watering for 3 days. Then sit plant in a saucer let it suck up water. or you may want to get the pot with a window only water when you cant see water in the window. I hope this saves your plant mine really seem hardy.
Thank youโ™ก
