When should i repot?

my plant has 5 pitchers so far in the plastic container it came in and i want to replant it but dont want to shock its system since its still small i feel like

If the roots are poking through the bottom I would.

I usually always end up repotting my plants when they get home and it makes them super happy

It depends on the roots. If they're poking through the drainage holes and seem really crowded, repot. But if not, I would wait.
