Why is my fern so sad? Constantly shedding leaves.

Ferns need crazy high humidity levels, so if your space has below-average humidity (less than 50-60%), you might need to set up humidifier nearby. I also see you have it under a grow light, which might be too much depending on its strength. Ferns grow on forest floors where the tree canopy shields them from the sun, so too much intense direct light can cause their leaves to burn (and, eventually, fall off). Do you happen to have a hygrometer?
I do have a grow light over it but it’s not very strong. Fern-Nando was gifted to me almost dead and once I put the grow light, it seemed happier and there’s a lot of new growth after putting the grow light overhead
