How to save crocidile fern?

My crocodile fern has lost a lot of its green vibrancy and is drying out. I’ve been watering it and spraying it with water to keep it moist but maybe not enough? Any advice?

The mix looks a little wet. Remove from pot and check. If very wet remove all the soil and repot in pot just big enough for root ball and water 5 to 7 days. I would also put in a bag or big tote to help it recover. Good luck

Pull it from the pot. Does it look like mud?

Yeah...that's pretty wet. Shake off as much as you can Repot and lightly water. Put in the plastic bag or clear tote and let it recuperate. You might be able to revive her.
