My succulents are dying not sure what to do

#Purslane
6ft to light, indirect
6” pot with drainage
Last watered 1 year ago
What’s Likely Happening:
β€’ Signs of stress: Wilted, leggy, and some shriveled or dying leaves suggest it’s not thriving.
β€’ Possible causes:
1. Overwatering or poor drainage – even with a drainage pot, too much water can rot roots.
2. Inconsistent light – 6.5 ft to a west-facing light may not be strong enough for a succulent-like purslane.
3. Crowding – Several different plants in one small container can compete for resources.

Steps to Revive Gomez:
1. Move to full sun:
Purslane thrives in direct sunlightβ€”ideally 6+ hours/day. Move it to a sunny outdoor location.
2. Reduce watering:
Let the soil dry completely between waterings. Only water when the soil is bone dry.
3. Trim dead or leggy growth:
Prune off shriveled stems and dried-out leaves to stimulate healthy regrowth.
4. Consider repotting:
β€’ Use a well-draining cactus/succulent soil.
β€’ If the mix feels soggy or compacted, repot with fresh soil.
β€’ Optionally, give each plant its own pot for better airflow and root health.
5. Fertilize lightly (optional):
Use a diluted, low-nitrogen fertilizer every few weeks in the growing season.
Too much water?
Thank you for the input. I worried about crowding it seems like these plant bouquets never workout. Do have any suggestions on fertilizers?
