How do I help this plant?
It was nice for a few days and so I put it outside for a couple hours, thinking it would enjoy nature. But I think it ended up getting sunburned? Is there any way I can help?

It is likely sunburned. It happens to many of us this time of year. You can trim off the sunburned pieces and the plant will be fine!
Next time try acclimating it more slowly to the sunlight and then it can live outside all summer.
