I’d say so! Just make sure there’s a window nearby, as they like bright indirect light (they can be in darker locations, but it’ll slow their growth. Just make sure there’s at least some sorta window, or get a little grow light! The light that makes a plant grow depends on the temp and color, so you can actually use an LED bulb in a desk lamp! If you want more info on this, just ask😊).
Also, make sure to keep water always covering the roots. I don’t believe you can “overwater” a lucky bamboo since they can grow in nothing but water😊
