Hello, my leaves are becoming dry and breaks to the touch...

In zone 7b, that's an outside plant. I don't think it's getting enough light from your north east window. It will drop leaves to conserve energy.

When you water it, water it throughly so the water runs out of the bottom of the pot. It can be dry between waterings, but not for too long.

Thank you for your answer. I have not watered enough when i do then. I will water it fully going forward
