Can someone please tell me what’s wrong with my baby?

I create a mini terrarium for this little guy, went to check on him today and this is what I found. Please help!!!οΏΌ
1ft to light, indirect
2” pot with drainage
Last watered 1 year ago
@SMM. Problems start days before we start to see the signs. In this case it looks like this leaf was maybe bent/snapped when previously working with the plant. You can cut that tip off or cut the whole leaf off if you really hate looking at it (but it has a lot of green left for photosynthesizing) - it's a toss up for me.
I would be more concerned over the yellowing places indicating a potential fungal or bacterial issue (unless these are just in the pictures and not real yellowing). I would add a fungicide to your treatment plan and get the soil flushed out or changed.
I've been adding about 10 - 20 mls of hydrogen peroxide to each gallon of water in an attempt to help oxygenate the soil for my plants and kill some bug larvae and potentially pathogens. I don't know if it's working, but sometimes we do things just because it makes us feel like it's helping.....as long as it doesn't harm.
@UltraKoreanfir, you said that so well! β€œProblems start days before we see the signs”!

I agree with Melisse- that leaf could have been damaged or it could have been up against the walls of your makeshift terrarium.

Did you just get this plant or have you had it for a while? I ask because the plant could have been bumped and jostled about before making its way to you and that’s how it got damaged.
@sarah10orio got the plant last week. I’m not worried about the dry leaf. If you look closer at the dry leaf it has some@sort of fuzziness on it. That’s my concern. Do I wipe it? Is the fuzz safe for my baby? What is the fuzz?
It might be mold; it might be tattered. It's hard to tell from the picture.

But I do know you can get a pair of scissors and just trim the leaf to resemble the other leaves. 😁 That'll make it less noticeable.
Thank you everyone for assisting me. I appreciate you all. πŸ€—
Looks like fungus/mold to me.
I'd trim that parts affected then mist with diluted Hydrogen Peroxide and water. You only need a little bit of H202 vs water once week until it resolves..
The leaves or other parts staying too moist with no access to oxygen+light for too long can be the cause.
Hope that helps
