Hi Melinda! So I don’t have this plant but I looked it up. This is what Google said about soil and amendments….. Potting Mix: Provides a base for the soil and contains some nutrients.
Coarse Sand: Enhances drainage and aeration. (Not the tiny playground sand)
Peat Moss or Coco Coir: Improves moisture retention and adds organic matter.
4. Optional Amendments:
Perlite: Improves aeration and drainage.
Compost: Adds nutrients and improves soil structure.
