Working on getting rid of this mold, Iβm wondering how often and how long I need to continue this for?

I would do it for as long as I could see the tiniest speck of mold. Then, Iβd do it for another week. Then, check it often after that and if you see the tiniest bit of mold, start treating the plant again the same way.
I see on your plant card that your fern is in direct sun. They can tolerate that, but they really need bright, indirect light. The crispy, brown leaves can be sunburn.
It wonβt do well near your heat and air conditioning. It craves humidity and that dry air will cause your fern to dry out and the humidity to be way too low. Plus, the temperature changes are a problem for most plants. They need stable conditions to thrive.
Perhaps your plant is underwatered. Maidenhair need to be kept moist, NEVER dry. Even one missed watering can show up as unhealthy leaves. It likes misting which should be done daily. It might also help to sit it on a tray of pebbles and water. It needs high humidity.
I hope this helps.

@TruthfulApricot how often? Daily?
@sarahsalith this is so good to know! And saves me some time! Thank you
@bpark How often to water? When the top inch or 2 are dry, but below that it is still moist.
@TruthfulApricot how often to spray with hydrogen peroxide but I think you or Sarah answered that above!
