What's the best way forward😅

I hope someone can give me some advice on this crassula arborescense? ovata? I was gifted today.
As you can see at the pictures the plant was a little neglected and I can use all your help😅
The information that I have:
-The owner has been bedbound for the last year. Bella stood in some kind of greenhouse, direct behind a window at the south.
-The last month she stood inside but 5 meters from a window.
I watered her heavy today (drained it afterwards) and put the meter in. I think it's just in regular soil, it's quite dense.
What are the best steps to take?
Change the soil? (it's winter here now)
Prune her drastically?
Leave her be?
Put her near my south window or use a grow light?
I would really appreciate your advice!

Take a pic to see what you are working with. Then let it be for a minute to recoup. I still see some new buds….that’s exciting! After researching where to put him….. I am awaiting pics in a month or two. Good luck
