If these are the first leaf on the stem, it may be that it was underwater at one point. That happens to all my pothos and philodendrons when I wait too long between watering. Your new growth looks healthy.
Good morning @VeraciousSalad3 β˜€οΈ It’s not unusual for pothos to shed some leaves. On mine sometimes 1 turns yellow and then sometimes several will shed at the same time. It happens due to age, water inconsistency (too wet/too dry) lack of enough light, pests. Check for pests first. I use a magnifying glass πŸ” or strong reading glass to help. Spider mites are teeny but telltale signs are fine webbing where the leaf attaches to stem. White fluffs = mealy bugs. Check for aphids clinging to new growth. If pest free then check soil, make sure it’s not staying too damp or wet. Root rot can happen from too soggy soil so you might check the roots. Looking at its profile it may not be getting enough light being 11ft to light in a north window. If possible get Okarun closer, ideally 3 ft from light source. Or consider a grow light.
