The main cause of shriveled leaves is underwatering. If the leaves appear withered and shriveled, often from the top leaves of the plant first, the plant is most likely in need of water.
But it looks like it has been underwatered.
Overwatering can cause a sedum plant to wilt. Overwatering also creates an ideal environment for fungal infections. Plant sedum plants in areas with good drainage. When planting them in containers, select pots that have drainage holes in the bottom, and use a potting soil formulated to drain well.
What do you think @vvvelo @Gordo

I agree with @KikiGoldblatt . This could be underwatered and cold weather in the area where you keep it.
