@Patsplants looks like you have some sort of fungal infection. Remove the affected leaves and treat the plant with neem oil or peppermint oil to kill the fungus. Make sure you treat the plant out of any direct or indirect light. I would suggest spraying in the evening and wiping down the leaves. Alternatively, you can repot in new soil in a clean disinfected pot after you treated the roots with peroxide and removed all old soil.
@Shells_Garden Thank you so much, I trimmed off the affected leaves this morning when I first noticed the spots, I didn’t want to take any chances lol. When I get off work I’ll do the rest of the steps you mentioned. Thanks again, I really appreciate your help.
