Watermelon Female Flowers
Hi everyone (why do I keep saying Hi everyone?), I’ve had two watermelon female flowers get pollinated, but once they were about a bit smaller than a large pill, they became all black and squishy. I’m afraid that my most recent ones might become like that too. Also, I pollinated each with 6 male flowers, so the pollination definitely was successful. Any ideas on why they keep aborting? I did put small cloth bags around them. These pictures are just images of the bags. Ignore the peppers. #Watermelon #abortion

Hmm, well, they aren’t plastic, but I might try to not. I just hope my older sister won’t put them on again. She thinks that all flowers will form the watermelon, and I don’t know how to explain that there are female flowers.
