What is going on with my Oscar?

I don’t know what’s going on, but I’ve just seen a declining health of my fishbone cactus and they just looked thin and sad and now there’s a yellowish almost see-through at the base of one of Oscar stocks.What is going on? #help #FishboneCactus

Does it get direct sun? They don’t like too much direct sun, prefer bright indirect. Other than that it could either be overwatering or under watering.

It looks more like a watering issue maybe. If it was too much sun I think the leaves would be all yellow

@srdesigns so none of my plants get direct light. I have grow lights for all. Do you think perhaps I should water more often?
