@ChirpyWaxplant It looks to be over-watered. How often are you watering? Also, the plant tag says that it's in a pot without drainage. If so it's going to need to be repotted into a pot with holes in the bottom so the water can flow freely away from the roots. Repot into some well draining soil like a succulent soil mixed with some pearlite. Their roots need oxygen to breathe and if they are surrounded by wet soil they are drowning. 6 feet away from a light source also seems a bit too far. For optimal growth it should be at least 3 feet from a window. Remember, bright indirect light and no sun directly on the leaves. That should get it on the road back to health. ๐๐ You've got this!!
