Those look like aerial roots! They're a common occurrence in Rubber Plants and are perfectly normal. They help the plant absorb moisture and nutrients from the air.
You can either leave them be or gently guide them into the soil to form new roots.

Those are nodes. They can become new growth if you prune the plant or aerial roots if you donβt.
