Help!

#CrestedBlueFlame Please help. My crested blue flame is dying a slow death. I noticed white mealy bug areas back in September. I’ve tried neem oil and rubbing alcohol. I spray the entire plant making sure nothing is left untouched. Consistently. And it’s getting worse. I do see tiny small strands of spider web. What can I do?

This is only a suggestion try this and see if it helps. I use it on my plants and I love it and it doesn’t smell bad οΏΌ

Millie bugs was the reason I stopped buying succulents because it got so bad so now I don’t I only have two cactuses and a mermaid tale and that’s all I need to keep up with them
