I've been racking my brain all day on this one as I have pings, too.

I'm hesitating that it's spider mites because they love dry conditions with low humidity and obviously mold likes the opposite. Since pings are kept in high humidity and moist environments I feel like it's more likely mold.

I would also be really nervous to use Neem oil on my pings because it's easy to overuse.

What do you have under the moss? It should likely be removed.

Mine are in carnivorous plants soil with nothing on top, for reference. Maybe you don't need to put moss back on?
Looks like spider mites. Spray that plant down with some neem oil or natural pest spray.
My first inclination @SpikeKing19 is to say Spider Mites. I'm not aware of any other pests that make webs
I would immediately Isolate you plant and treat with neem oil.
I agree with spider mites. You might want to consider removing the top layer of moss, spray, and then add new moss.
Your moss is really wet. It could also be beginnings of mold. I don't know the requirements for that plant, but usually you only need the moss to be moist. So wet and dab with a paper towel to remove extra moisture.
@SpikeKing19 Hello Vincent, I agree on the Neem Oil. I always keep this on hand at all times. I keep 3 bottles on hand.
@AwesomePlants does have a point as well. You moss looks way too wet.
Mold does that as well although I think yours is spider mites
