Strange mould?

Does anyone know what this mouldy looking stuff is growing in the soil? Some of it is an orange colour 😧

I suggest bottom watering your plants to keep mold and fungus from growing on top. I find a bowl or saucer that can hold a few inches of water and let the plant drink from the drainage holes until the topsoil is moist, usually 10-30 minutes.
