Color is now light orange and top looks wrinkly

The thing on top of the cactus isn’t a flower it’s a parasite so if you want the cactus to live you need to chop the top off unfortunately:(
I just looked this up about moon cacti:

Lifespan: Because the top and bottom plants grow at different rates, the graft eventually fails. Most moon cacti only live for 1 to 3 years.
