Leaves curling inward
Started noticing it happening a few days ago. It's the plant I normally kinda neglect with water, as it had been through a rough period with root rot and spidermites, but I figured that it might start unfurling itself when I had watered it yesterday (yet, still no luck--though, i might be a little inpatient). I've inspected from stop to bottom and I see no sign of pests (as far as I'm aware).
It normally gets watered every 2-3 weeks and sits in a humidity dome w/ 12 hrs of growlight time

The curling of leaves in your plant may be due to a variety of factors. Given its history with root rot and spider mites, the symptoms could be lingering effects. Ensure that the soil is adequately drying between waterings, as overwatering can lead to root-related issues. Sometimes, it takes a bit of time for plants to respond positively to watering. I would just give it a little more time and monitor the plant's condition over the next few days.
** I know you mentioned this plant receives 12 hours of growlight time. The intensity of the light may result in leaf curling as well. Ficus moonshine typically prefers bright, indirect light.
Generally, placing the Ficus moonshine about 2 to 3 feet away from a medium to high-intensity grow light should provide sufficient light without causing stress.

I thought about that possibility, but I'm not too sure the leaves started curling as a result of that. It got over the root rot a spider mites a few weeks ago and was doing fine up until the last few days. It's still growing lots new healthy roots from the last time I checked it yesterday and none of the foilage seems to be damaged or turning yellow.
Definitely isn't overwatered as far as I can tell, but it definitely has been underwater on quite a handful of accounts, so maybe it's just slowly adapting to having just been watered. I'll certainly keep an eye on it and monitor it closely within these next few days to check up on its progress. I'll be out of town this weekend for about a week, so I'm hoping I'll see some better process before then ðŽ
As for the lighting, I did bump it up a notch than what it was receiving not long ago (when I had adjusted the timer to start and end at a later time). The light is still in the same spot and hang- a little over 2-3 feet above it (pictured). I've lowered the light intensity a notch since then, but that could've definitely upset it too. Knowing how temperamental they are, It wouldn't surprise me if the slight light change bothered it.
I wonder if the cold temperature has anything to do with it? Admittedly it's kinda close to a window, but is tucked around the corner beside it, but a draft is certainly possible based on where it is located. I might need to find a new place to set it...

In my experience and research, I have not seen upward leaf curl to be a result of cold temperatures. But who knows! ðŽ
I would just make sure you keep a steady watering schedule and avoid underwatering/ irregular watering, avoid temps that are too hot for the plant and direct light ( intense light) . I know these often results in upward leaf curling.
