What's going on with her?

I dont know if shes asking for water or not. Or if its a pest or something... I've already taken care of the pest issue I was having in the past but this is different.
Any suggestions?

Could be a nutrient deficiency. Do you fertilize it ? Plus be sure to let the soil dry out before watering.

@Ezah she looks fairly healthy to me so it can’t be 2 months since you last watered like your card indicates. I can see the discoloration in the newer leaves so it could be a water issue but these are drought tolerant plants. How often are you watering? It may be that your plant requires more sun as well. I have several of these plants. Mine are all facing east out in front of my house. They get full early morning sun for 3-4 hours and then indirect for the rest of the day. I water every 7- 10 days or so unless it’s super hot and the soil is dry. It does also look like something had been eating at her. You can make a diy pesticide with 1 quart of lukewarm water and 1 teaspoon of plain, dawn liquid dish soap or pure liquid Castile soap and put in a spray bottle to treat your plant. Make sure to spray on in the evenings when the plant is not in the sun.
