How do you propagate grape ivy??

@PlantNanna it’s not easy! I’ve tried 3 times and failed. I’ve tried both rooting in water and then planting in soil and just planting cutting in soil after I dipped in root hormone. Here are the steps on what to do. you can take a stem cutting and root it in water or potting soil:
1. Take a cutting
In late winter or early spring, cut a 4–6 inch stem from a healthy, dormant vine, just above a node. A node is the knobby part where leaves grow. Remove the lower leaves to prevent them from rotting in water.
2. Root in water
Put the cutting in a jar of lukewarm, filtered water, making sure at least one node is submerged. Place the jar in a warm spot with indirect light and change the water weekly. Roots will eventually sprout from the node.
3. Root in potting soil
Dip the cut end of the stem in rooting hormone powder, then insert it into a small pot with damp potting mix. Place the pot in a warm location away from direct sunlight and water regularly. Keep the soil moist until roots develop.
