Is it underwatering or over watering?

A lot of my Chinese Fan Palm’s leaves are looking kinda crispy, and some are just really droopy, but then some are perky and gorgeous. How do I help her?
10” pot with drainage

im no expert but if some leaves are looking bad and some are good then i personally would check the roots for some sort of rot. if they are browning at the tips i would say underwatering and i would only try to water it when top 2-3 inches of soil is completely dry. If the leafs are flimsy and yellowing it might be overwatering and may be good to check for rot. If its overwaterd you can fix this by simply just not watering it as much. Also if you see no issue and are watering it when soil dries out it may just be old leaves that are dying. To me it looks like underwatering. How often do you water it?
@Froggo_118 I’m trying to be much more consistent with watering 😭 maybe once a week or so? Thanks for your advice, i’ll check the roots later today.
Yes once a week should be good! But if it needs water before then water it.
