What is causing my leaf to turn brown on the edge?
I just recently purchased this plant from a local nursery. I brought it home and it seemed to be completely fine, within a few days it developed a few brown spots towards the end of the leaf and now it’s the whole bottom edge. I sprayed it down with neem oil, but I want to see if anyone has a recommendations or knows why this is happening?

@Araceae I was leaning towards humidity or soil quality. I’ll up the humidity, in the meantime would you recommend cutting that leaf off? Or to leave it as it is?
@IndependentWeed it doesn't affect the plant, do whatever you would like to do with it. After all, it's YOUR plant, not mine 🙂
