What’s in my plant?

Not sure what these are on this plant. Are these baby aphids?

The pictures aren’t super clear, but it looks like either Cotton or some type off bugs. You may need to do a vinegar wash or the suggested spray. Good luck

The pictures aren't too clear, BUT I'd recommend spraying it with rubbing alcohol.  I keep rubbing alcohol in a spray bottle and whenever I see a bug, I spray away. (:

Just be sure to do it in the evening when the sun is down so it doesn't burn the plant.
