Snow White Possibly Dying 😭

Hello! My Snow White is, of course, very finicky. Using diagnosis tools it's either having issues with being under OR over watered. The leaves are crispy at the ends and edges and some are brown in those places as well. I've tried watering it a little less and more recently watering it a little more but she will not bounce back. I actually checked the pH level today and it's at 5.0 which is very acidic and not good. Any suggestions on how to lower the pH level or fix my watering issues?

Thanks so much to both of you ladies! I also have a purple waffle plant as well. It's in a plastic pot and it's been thriving since the get go! I'll try both of those ideas one at a time. 🙂
