It’s doesn’t look sick to me but a better picture could help. I also recommend cutting off the pink flower as it is a parasite and decreases the life span of the plant.
@Succulent_Soul that's not a flower luv, it's another species of cactus that's been grafted onto the dragon fruit cactus. And it's not a parasite, it depends on the dragon fruit cactus because it lacks chlorophyll and would die without it. But it doesn't shorten the life span of the dragon fruit. The top plant will eventually die off, but the dragon fruit cactus can carry on living a normal life afterwards πŸ€—

@stephongreg could you cut off the grafted part and put it into its own pot? Just curious.
@Succulent_Soul unfortunately it would die on its own because it doesn't have any chlorophyll so it can't photosynthesize. It's completely dependent on the bottom cactus for survival 😒
