@SereneSarah for one it needs more sunlight. How long is the grow light on and at what strength?. The yellow leaves indicate inconsistent or overwatering so I would also consider checking to see if the roots are healthy. I have two and they like to be in moist but not damp soil. I water every few weeks and keep them under grow lights on high for 12 hours a day.
Try letting it grow outside if you can, but they multiply if planted in the ground. Many people like that, just make sure to plant far enough away from structures.
