How many times a week do I water it and on what days?
@MalagueΓ±a thanks that was very helpful
@SalmonKing002 youre welcome! Quick question: your plant care card says that your pot doesnβt have drainage holes- is that true?
@SalmonKing002 A jade plant (Crassula ovata) needs bright, indirect to direct light, well-draining succulent soil, and the "soak and dry" watering methodβmeaning you let the soil dry out completely between deep waterings. They thrive in standard indoor temperatures (65Β°Fβ75Β°F) and rot easily if given too much water. Light Put your plant near a south- or west-facing window.Aim for 4 to 6 hours of bright light daily. Low light makes the plant weak and leggy. WaterLet the soil go bone dry before you water again.Water every 2 to 3 weeks in spring and summer. Water about once a month in fall and winter. Dump out any extra water in the saucer so roots do not rot. Soil and Pot. Use a special Cactus and Succulent Soil Mix that drains fast. Choose a pot with a drainage hole at the bottom.Terracotta pots work best because they dry out faster.Temperature and FoodKeep the room between 65Β°F and 75Β°F.Keep the plant away from cold drafts and air vents.Feed with a weak, balanced liquid fertilizer once or twice during spring and summer. Do not feed in winter.
