if you just got it, and the plant is small, it will take many years for it to grow fruit, as it has to mature first. every plant that grows fruits requires maturity before it gives you fruit, because it takes lots and lots of energy for a plant to make fruit, so if it tried to make fruit while still a juvenile plant, it would not succeed because the plant does not have enough energy and nutrients to create said fruit, because it’s a baby plant. expect fruit within 5-10 years, but if it is already huge and has huge leaves with lots of needles on it, fruit should be coming soon
