Ring of Fire has spots on leaves

I’ve had this ring of fire for about two years now, it’s consistently had spots on the leaves, and I’ve always pruned the leaves off, thinking that the new growth would not develop the same spots..
I’ve repotted the plant once thinking it would help mitigate the spots.. it didn’t.

Now I have new growth that is extremely slow growing. I know philodendrons are naturally slow growing, but honestly, it’s been at least three months and these have not pushed out yet.
