Do you know how long the roots were before it was planted into dirt?
Spider plants like for their roots to be tight in their pots. It’s hard to tell for sure from the picture, but the pot it’s in looks quite big compared to the plant.
Either way, spider plants are quite hardy and your leaves are still green, so I think there’s definitely hope! 🙌

My roots were super tiny. Like, there was one section and it wasn't even an inch, MAYBE a centimeter? I'm not sure their size now. I don't really have anything smaller and I can't buy a new pot (I could try but I might just have to DIY it)

@horsey If you just recently put in dirt, I’d suggest gently taking it out and putting it back in water until the roots are at least a couple inches long.
For a smaller pot, you can poke some holes in the bottom of a plastic or styrofoam cup and then set that inside of mug or a tea tin or anything you like the look of.

You can save him! thankfully spider plants are very resilient. i saved mine from about the same size. They like being moist so make sure it’s getting enough water, around once a week but obviously try not to drench them so you don’t end up with root rot.
Also i like to bottom water mine as well. Maybe that could help?
I also found putting in direct light for 1-2 hours every few days helped.
