A photo would help with identification. There are a few different things they could be, none of which hurt your plant. They only live in the soil and feed off decaying plant matter.

I had that in one of my plants. I took to my local nursery and they told me it was a Soil Centipede. They eat spiders and other pests and like Steph said eat decaying plant matter. The horns are how they inject their venom in bugs. They said they avoid humans. They come in through the bottom of houseplants looking for moist soil. My houseplants come outside in Spring and come back in when the temps rise here, or when we get lots of rain as that’s when they look for drier homes in houseplants.
