Help, my Monstera has brown spots!

A week or so ago I noticed that some parts of my monstera were growing spots. I don’t think I see any pests, what do I do?
Overwatering, underwatering, nutrient deficiency, or pests. You said we could rule out pests, so my next guess it a nutrient deficiency. Do you use the suggested soil for a monstera? Well draining like mine? Other than the evil brown spots, you’re monstera must’ve been pretty healthy before this happened, how long did you have it in the same pot with the same watering schedule?
Thanks for your response! I combined this one with some more established monstera in a larger pot several months ago - only this one has the brown spots, the other plants are all still very healthy. I used normal potting soil but it seems to be draining well between watering. I’ve been following the Greg schedule for watering. I haven’t fertilized in a while though, is there anything specific I should be using?
