Are these signs of thirst or overwatering?

I have a couple echeveria here that I started to realize I feel need watered more often than others. They are all in a mixture of indoor cactus/succulent soil and perlite. They are in nursery pots sitting in coffee cups in a south facing window. Am I mistaking these wrinkles for needing water when it means I've watered them too often recently? Or am I reading the room right?
How often are you watering these plants? Also just making sure the containers have drainage holes, because that could definitely be it. I water my echeveria every 2 weeks or so and they do fine.
@Slyvie I feel like its every two weeks, I wasn't really watering on a schedule. And yes they are in nursery pots with drainage. I usually water them in the evening, let them sit out over night, and put them back on the cute coffee cups the next day. If its been a couple weeks, would you water them right now with how they look?
It's hard to tell but it kind of looks like they're just trying to go towards the light
probably more light
@diannamae260 I would water them and it would help to update me in a day to see if they took to the water! Is the soil completely dry? You can tell by sticking a wooden skewer in the pot to the bottom and pulling it back up. If the skewer is wet, it’s not time to water yet and you might need a chunkier soil mix since it’s been so long.
@Slyvie I will test the soil tonight, if its dry Ill water and update you.
@Slyvie Okay, the answer was that they were ready for a water. I was just nervous mistaking the wrong signs for thirst and killing my firsy succulents.
@diannamae260 good to hear! Glad u figured that out :)
