Cast iron plant leaning?

I replaced the soil in my cast iron plant in an effort to combat fungus gnats. Despite my best efforts to keep all pieces up straight, they are all leaning to some degree. Should I try again or leave it alone?
1ft to light, direct
10” pot with drainage
Last watered 6 days ago
I have one as well but as w all plants who lean, first turn plant toward sun or light so it reaches toward light. Also, get appropriate size garden (or any) stick and use it for support as a crutch to correct the position. Soon it will correct itself. Keep in mind those plants that tend to lean and when it comes time to to repot, keep in mind so u can account for that and either bulk up plant mix around it or another way to straighten it. Just use ur eye to do what it needs to be center and straight; sometimes just packing that side a bit works but make sure u dont pack as if its brown sugar cause water wont make its way thru. It’s a balancing act but u r up for it!!!
Maybe it needs a bigger pot. Mine only has 3 leaves but they are all upright. It's in a 10" growers pot but sitting in a 12" ceramic one. Since they require so little water, I let mine go a little too long a week ago and the leaves started leaning over. However, once I watered it, within less than a day they were upright again.
