Here is mine on the second photo I marked a node and circled it in red. When you buy a single leaf Sweetheart Hoya they don't usually have a node unfortunately. The are referred to as "Blind" leaves and remain as only one. They cannot vine without a node.

Occassionally you may get lucky and have a small bit of node under there. But, it's very unlikely it will vine. Even with a partial node it will take years to vine out. But it most likely will not even with great care. ๐Ÿ˜ข๐Ÿฉท

Wish I had better news for you. If you want a vining Kerrii, you have to buy one with at least 1 node.

The Blind leaf Hoya Kerrii usually only lives a few years. A vining Kerrii, Sweetheart Hoya will live 30+ years.
@Araceae
With a node, when you remove the plant [for repot for example] and remove the soil, there should be a small section of stem where the leaf stalk [petiole] attaches to.
Thank you so much, maybe I'll have to look alittle closer when the soil is dry to see. Well it isn't a vining one at least it's cute and different. I still love it otherwise.
@EquableZebrina They are very cute like that they are irresistable with the cute heart shaped leaves! ๐Ÿฉท
