Since you noticed the soil and repotted it, is it still in the same pot?
Does that pot have a drainage hole in it?
There is a balance with #Calathea plants when it comes to soil, water, and sunlight. You've got to find the right combination of all three.
They also LOVE humidity.

@RulerMoonflower yes there’s holes below the pot and for the water I don’t really know when add it, actually the new soil is wet so I don’t refill with water
@sarah10orio It’s in the same pot but I cleaned it before and I remove all the rot in the roots! The pot have holes, yes it’s clearly a balance, the air in my apartment is dry… so I try to humidity the leaves! Thanks for your tips !
