Are these succulents??
My mom found these succulent looking plants growing downtown, and she was thinking of picking some for me cuz they look cool, but neither of us know what plants they are for sure. Can anyone help. Sorry if the photos aren’t good, they are all I have. I just wanted to make sure before she goes out and picks some random plant we know nothing about

It appears to be some type of euphorbia if I’m not mistaken. Some types can be very invasive in Oregon, so please don’t plant it outside. Is this on public or private land? Ask permission if you can, but I’m not recommending you do this . And euphorbia have very toxic sap, be careful to not get any on your skin, wear gloves, and use eye protection.
