Why isn't my pothos growing roots

I cut off a part of my pothos trying to propagate it and it hasn't grown any roots but it hasn't started to shrivel up or anything. Its been in a glass of water for 2 weeks I change the water and make sure its full so it is touching the root.
Here is the plant
I have never rooted anything this way, I submerge the node in the water. That said it looks healthy and as long as you stay on top of making sure that the node is wet it probably is just taking a while.
It might take longer than 2 weeks. I believe it took mine about a month. I would just give it a little more time.
Hi @clueless I know it’s hard to do but if you can strip the bottom few leaves and get those nodes further into the water you’ll have better luck. Change your water weekly and spray the roots with 3% hydrogen peroxide when you change the water and you should start to see some roots. Hope that helps, good luck!
That's what I was going to suggest. As pretty as it is, strip off the bottom 2 leaves and put those noses into the water also. Good luck
