How often do you water it? What type of soil is it in (with amendments)? Does it have drainage?
I water once a week. It has drainage. Was told to wait 2 months to fertilize. Thank you.
@LeadBearsear since you seem doing everything right your plant is likely fine. However if the damage progresses either down the leaf from the tips or it starts not only being the tips I suggest you try treating for pests and fungus. It may also be a light problem if it’s under a grow light I’d make sure any grow light is at least 1.5-3ft away form the top of the leaves.

I have a bug repellent for people that’s safe for plant use (it’s called Florida Special Insect Repellent) if you can’t get neem oil or another treatment it’s really low cost at about $3 it will at least prevent pests and if applied to leaves and stems regularly it may kill pests on the plant. Other essential oils that may kill pests are spearmint, peppermint, orange, and lemon; I haven’t tried these so if you use them they work let me know.

Have a good day and wish you luck 😊
Thanks!
