What a sweet post. I would not give up hope. Is he in a plastic seed tray with drainage? If so I would only water from a bottom tray. Try not to get any water on the leaves, neither top water, only bottom. Since it’s so small, you don’t want to disturb any of the seedling. I would keep it in direct sun, close to a window (E/W) as possible. With them that small, you have to check on the moisture everyday. They very easily dry out, and just as easily die. I have been starting all my annuals and veggies from seeds for years. Unfortunately, I have too much experience 🥲losing seedlings. Once you get the hang of it though, (and you will) your germination/growing rate will be only positive! When it gets 2 sets of leaves, post again, and we’ll take the next steps. Growing from seed is so rewarding, and time consuming, but MORE, than worth it!😊☺️. Good luck, and keep us apprised of any progress!
