From what I have read, Road Kill cactus plants need a plenty of direct sunlight preferably from a south facing window. 🌡 I think the gray patches will remain on the plant.
Yea looks like that’s just how it looks! I’m not sure they will go away but take the other’s advice for lighting and watering
