Let's start with the [not-so] obvious. That's not creeping charlie. That's a species of Episcia, or Flame Violet. Next, they LOVE humidity, I recommend getting a cloche for him. Alternatively, you can try a plastic sandwich bag or putting him in a plastic tank with hood. Or grab some small transparent takeaway containers and cover it with them
