Dying

I don't know why my plant is dying is it not the right soil? Not enough sun light? I'm in Seattle..

LOL I’m in the SE US and literally just moments ago planted 2 of these in my yard! They can grownup to 15’ here. I’d say lots of light probably some morning direct and humidity. Otherwise leave it alone.
